
Paneer Cheese Paratha recipe घर जैसा पनीर पराठा 2 तरीक़े से Instant Mango Pickle

Ingredients
For Dough
2 cups Whole Wheat flour, गेहूं का आटा
Salt to taste, नमक स्वाद अनुसार
A pinch of Carom seed, अजवाइन
2 tsp Ghee, घी
Water, पानी
1 tsp Ghee, घी
For Filling
2 Green chilli, finely chopped, हरी मिर्च
1 inch Ginger, finely chopped, अदरक
A pinch of Salt , नमक
A pinch of Chilli flake, चिल्ली फ्लेक्स
A pinch of Oregano, ओरिगैनो
⅓ cup Processed cheese, grated, प्रोसेस चीज
½ tsp Ghee, for roasting, घी
For Topping
¼ cup Sweet corn kernels, भुट्टे के दाने
fresh Red chilli, chopped, लाल मिर्च
2 tbsp Capscicum, chopped, शिमला मिर्च
½ tsp Chilli flakes, चिल्ली फ्लेक्स
½ tsp Oregano, ओरिगैनो
3-4 fresh Basil leaf, roughly torn, तुलसी के पत्ते
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup, टाॅमेटो केचप
2 tbsp Tomato, chopped, टमाटर
Processed cheese, grated, प्रोसेस चीज
½ tsp Olive oil, जैतून का तेल
For Garnish
Fresh Basil leaf, तुलसी के पत्ते
Chilli flake, चिल्ली फ्लेक्स
Oregano, ओरिगैनो
Process
For Dough
- In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, salt to taste, ghee and mix once.
- Now, add water and knead it properly, apply ghee cover and keep aside for further use.
For Filling
- In a small bowl, add green chilli, ginger, salt to taste, chilli flake, oregano.
- Add processed cheese and mix it well. Keep aside for further use.
For Topping
- In a bowl, add sweet corn kernel, red chilli, capsicum, chilli flakes, oregano.
- Add Basil leaf and mix well and keep aside for further use.
For Assembling
- Firstly, take two equal portions of the dough and roll it using a rolling pin.
- Now, on one paratha spread the prepared filling and place the other rolled paratha on top of it properly.
- Now, apply some ghee on a pan and place the paratha and cook slightly crisp from one side.
- Flip it and cook from the other side as well.
- Now spread the tomato ketchup on the other side, tomato, cheese.
- Add the toppings and cover it from the hot pan and cook on medium flame.
- Garnish it with basil leaf and olive oil.
- Serve hot.
