
Veg ICE CUBE MOMOS First time ever मोमो बनाने का नया आसान तरीक़ा Unique Momo recipe
For all you Momo lovers who said it's complicated, here you go! Can't get easier than this :)
Ingredients
For Dough
1 cups Refined flour, मैदा
¼ cup whole Wheat flour, आटा
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
Water for kneading, पानी
¼ tsp Vinegar, सिरका
½ tsp Oil, तेल
For Filling
2 cups Cabbage, finely chopped, पत्तागोभी
1 cups Carrot, chopped, गाजर
¼ cup French beans, chopped, फ्रेंच बींस
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
200 gms Paneer, crumble, पनीर
2-3 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया के पत्ते
4 Green chillies, chopped, हरी मिर्च
¼ inch Ginger, grated, अदरक
½ tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
For Chutney
2 large Tomato, cut into half, टमाटर
2 fresh Red chillies, लाल मिर्च
1 medium size Onion, cut into half, प्याज
1 Green chilli, less spicy हरी मिर्च
1 ½ tsp Oil Sesame oil (optional) तेल
¼ cup Peanut, मूंगफली
2-4 Garlic cloves, लहसुन
2-3 tbsp white Sesame seeds (optional) सफेद तिल
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Black pepper powder, काली मिर्च का पाउडर
Other Ingredients
Oil for greasing, तेल
Water, पानी
Schezwan chutney, शेज़वान चटनी
Cheese blend, चीज
Prepared Filling, तैयार की हुई फीलिंग
For Garnish
Mayonnaise, मायोनिज
Schezwan chutney, शेज़वान चटनी
Spring onion, chopped, प्याज पत्ता
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता
fresh Red chilli, लाल मिर्च
Process
For Dough
- In a parat or bowl,add refined flour, whole wheat flour, salt to taste and water, mix well.
- Add vinegar and mix everything well, add little by little water and make a soft dough.
- Apply some oil over the dough, cover it with muslin cloth and rest it for 10 to 15 minutes.
For Filling
- In a bowl, add cabbage, carrot, french beans, salt to taste and mix well. Leave it for a few minutes.
- Squeeze the vegetables and remove the excess water.
- In another bowl, add paneer, coriander leaves, and green chilies mix well.
- Add ginger, squeezed vegetables and mix well, add softened butter and mix everything well.
For Momos Chutney
- Place the cooking net on the flame, put tomatoes, fresh red chili, green chili, onions, once all the vegetables are roasted well, remove into a bowl.
- In a pan, add oil, once the oil gets hot, add peanuts, garlic, white sesame seeds and saute till peanuts and sesame seeds turn fragrant, remove into the same bowl, add salt to taste. Black pepper powder.
- Transfer the mixture into the grinder and grind into a smooth paste.
- Remove into the bowl and keep it aside for further use.
For Schezwan Cheese Momos
- Sprinkle some flour over the dough and roll out a thin sheet, cut the sheet from top and bottom.
- Apply oil on the ice tray and put the prepared sheet on it and cut it from the side.
- Make the holes using a toothpick, place the prepared mixture into a tray and cover it with another sheet.
- In an ice tray, place the rolled sheet and cut the edges. Add Schezwan chutney, cheese, prepared mixture, schezwan chutney and cheese.
- Cover it with another sheet and keep it aside for further use.
For Steaming
- In a shallow pan, add water and place the momos tray, cover it with the lid and let it cook for 7 to 8 minutes on moderate heat.
For Garnish
- In a slate, apply prepared chutney and mayonnaise, place the prepared momos and sprinkle some spring onion, schezwan chutney.
- Garnish it with coriander sprig and serve hot.
