Oats Ladoo Recipe - Ranveer Brar

Ingredients

For Dry Mixture

3-4 tbsp Melon seeds (मगज)

2-3 tbsp Flax seeds (अलसी)

2 tbsp Fennel seeds (सौंफ)

1 cup Rolled Oats (कोट्स)

 

For Wet Mixture

½ cup Jaggery (गुड)

¼ tsp Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च का पाउडर)

½ cup Condensed milk (कंडेंस्ड मिल्क)

½ tsp Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर)

¼ cup Desiccated Coconut (देसीकेटेड कोकोनट)

1 tsp Ghee (घी)

 

Process

For Dry Mixture

  • In a hot pan add melon seeds, flax seeds, fennel seeds and roast them on medium heat until they start popping.
  • Now add the rolled oats and continue roasting until fragrant.
  • Switch off the flames and keep aside for further use.

 

For Wet Mixture

  • In a hot pan melt jaggery properly then add black pepper powder mix everything properly and switch off the flames.
  • Now add condensed milk cardamom powder, desiccated coconut, ghee and mix everything properly.

 

For Assembling Oats Ladoo

  • Add the roasted dry ingredients in the hot wet mixture and mix it properly.
  • Let the mixture cool down, once cooled enough to handle it make lemon sized ladoo with all the mixture.
  • The oats ladoo are ready.
