Eggless Choco Lava Cake चोको लावा केक बिना अंडा या ओवन easy Lava Cake No Oven
A mini treat using Milkmaid Mini :) Here's an all-time favourite recipe for those quick dessert cravings. Milkmaid Mini pouch can be stored & reused for sure, but lava cake 5 mins में khatam हो jaayega, guarantee!!
Ingredients
For Dry Ingredients
½ cup Refined flour
2 heaped tbsp Cocoa powder
¼ tsp Baking soda
¼ tsp Baking powder
For Wet Ingredients
1 tsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Vanilla essence
½ cup Chilled Water
⅓ cup Nestlé MILKMAID
For Dusting Mold
1 tsp Butter, cubed
1 tbsp Refined flour
For Chocolate Sauce
¼ cup Nestlé MILKMAID
¼ cup Dark chocolate
½ tbsp Butter, cubed
Other Ingredients
100 gm Dark chocolate
For Garnish
icing sugar
fresh Mint sprig
Strawberries, cut into half
Process
For Dry Ingredients
- In a bowl, add refined flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and give it a good mix.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Wet Ingredients
- In a bowl, lemon juice, oil, vanilla essence, chilled water, NESTLE MILKMAID and mix it well.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Dusting Mold
- Take any desired mold, grease it with butter and chill it in the freezer for 2-3 minutes.
- Dust some refined flour, place it in the freezer and set it aside for further use.
For Choco Lava Cake
- Gently add dry ingredients with wet ingredients and mix it well. Do not over mix the batter.
- Add 2-3 spoons of batter in a chilled mold, place a cube of dark chocolate and top it up with a spoonful of batter. Keep the filled molds in the freezer for a minute.
- Place the molds in a hot steamer and bake it for 8-10 minutes.
- Demold the cake and transfer it to a serving dish.
- Garnish it with icing sugar, mint leaves and strawberries.
- Serve warm.
