
Peri Peri Pasta पास्ता से 2 रेसिपीज Veg Macaroni Chicken pasta bonus recipe
Ingredients
For Boiling Pasta
2 ltr Water, पानी
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
400 gms Macaroni Pasta, मैकरोनी पास्ता
1 tsp Oil, तेल (optional)
1 ½ tsp Oil, तेल (after boiling Pasta)
For Peri Peri Sauce
9-10 no. Garlic cloves, लहसुन
4-5 no. Green chillies (less spicy & broken into half) हरी मिर्च
2 large Onion, cut into quarter, प्याज
1 ½ tbsp Chili flakes, चिल्ली फ्लेक्स
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
2-3 tbsp Oil, तेल
1 medium Red bell pepper, roughly dice, लाल शिमला मिर्च
3 medium Tomato, roughly diced, टमाटर
2-3 tbsp Vinegar, सिरका
1 tsp Oil, तेल
1 heaped tbsp Degi red chili powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
¼ cup Water, पानी
¼ cup Water, पानी
For Veg Pasta
2 tsp Oil, तेल
2 no. Garlic cloves, crushed, लहसुन
½ medium Onion, sliced, प्याज
8-10 no. Mushrooms (washed & cut into half) मशरूम
1 cup Prepared Peri Peri Sauce, तैयार किया हुआ पेरी पेरी सॉस
¼ cup water, पानी
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
2 cups Boiled Pasta, उबला हुआ पास्ता
¼ cup Fresh cream, ताजा क्रीम
¼ cup Cheese, grated, चीज
1 tsp extra Virgin Olive oil, जैतून का तेल
2-3 no. Cherry tomatoes, cut into half, चेरी टमाटर
2-4 no. Basil leaves, roughly torn, बसिल की पत्तियां
Lemon Zest, लेमन ज़ेस्ट
For Garnish
Cheese, grated, चीज
Basil leaves, बसिल की पत्तियां
For Non – Veg Pasta
2 tsp Oil, तेल
2 no. Garlic cloves, crushed, लहसुन
½ medium Onion, sliced, प्याज
150 gm Chicken breast, diced, चिकन
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 cup Prepared Peri Peri Sauce, तैयार किया हुआ पेरी पेरी सॉस
¼ cup Water, पानी
2 cups Boiled Pasta, उबला हुआ पास्ता
¼ cup Fresh cream, ताजा क्रीम
¼ cup Cheese, grated, चीज
2 tsp extra Virgin Olive oil, जैतून का तेल
2-3 no. Cherry tomatoes, cut into half, चेरी टमाटर
2-4 no. Basil leaves, roughly torn, बसिल की पत्तियां
For Garnish

Process
For Boiling Pasta
- In a saucepot, add water, salt to taste, once it’s roaring boiled, add macaroni pasta, oil and cook it for 4-5 minutes or until al dente on high flame.
- Strain the excess water and coat the pasta with oil to avoid sticking to each other.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Peri Peri Sauce
- In a bowl, add garlic cloves, green chilies, onions, chili flakes, salt to taste, oil, red bell pepper, tomato, and vinegar.
- In a saucepot, heat oil, add all vegetables, degi red chili powder and cook it for 6-7 minutes or until cooked well.
- Add water and blend it into a smooth paste with the help of a hand blender.
- Add water and keep it aside for further use.
For Veg Pasta
- In a pan, heat oil, add garlic cloves, onion and sauté for a minute.
- Add mushrooms and toss it for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
- Add prepared peri peri sauce and cook it well for a while.
- Add water, salt to taste and let it simmer for a minute.
- Add boiled pasta and toss it well.
- Finish it with fresh cream, cheese, extra virgin olive oil, cherry tomatoes, basil leaves and mix it well.
- Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with lemon zest, cheese and basil leaves.
- Serve hot.
For Non Veg Pasta
- In a pan, heat oil, add garlic clove, onion and sauté for a minute.
- Add chicken, salt to taste and cook it for 5-6 minutes or until tender on high flame.
- Add prepared peri peri sauce and cook it well for a while.
- Add water and let it simmer for a minute.
- Add boiled pasta and toss it well.
- Finish it with fresh cream, cheese, extra virgin olive oil, cherry tomatoes, basil leaves and mix it well.
- Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with cheese and basil leaves.
- Serve hot.
