Ingredients
For Boiling Eggs
Water, पानी
1 tbsp Vinegar, सिरका
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
6 Eggs, अंडे
Chilled water, ठंडा पानी
For Peri Peri Paste
12-15 fresh Red Bird eye chili, बर्ड आई लाल मिर्च
7-8 Garlic cloves, लहसुन
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tbsp Oil, तेल
2 medium size Tomato (seedless, roughly chopped) टमाटर
3 fresh Red chillies or kashmiri dry red chili, लाल मिर्च
1 large Onion (optional) प्याज
For Gravy
Prepared Peri Peri Paste, तैयार किया हुआ पेरी पेरी पेस्ट
½ cup Water, पानी
2 tbsp Prepared Seasoned Oil, तैयार किया हुआ तेल
½ tsp Sugar, चीनी
Boiled eggs, उबले हुए अंडे
2 tsp Lemon Juice, नींबू का रस
¼ tsp Lemon zest, नींबू के छिलके
2 tsp Cornflour slurry, कॉर्न स्टार्च का लिजाम
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता
For Peri Peri Seasoning
2 tbsp Oil, तेल
6-7 Garlic cloves, sliced, लहसुन
1 ½ tbsp Chili flakes, चिल्ली फ्लेक्स
1 ½ tbsp Oregano, ओरिगैनो
For Garnish
½ tbsp Prepared Peri Peri Seasoning, तैयार किया हुआ पेरी पेरी मसाला

Process
For Boiling Eggs
- In a pot, heat water on high flame then add vinegar, salt to taste and bring it to a boil.
- Now, gently with a spoon, place the eggs in the boiling water and boil them for 3 / 6 / 12 minutes according to your preference.
- Once boiled, remove and wait for half a minute and add it in chilled water to cool down properly.
- After cooling, peel the shell and keep it aside for further use.
For Peri Peri Paste
- In a bowl, add fresh red bird eye chillies, garlic cloves, salt to taste, oil, tomato and fresh red chillies or Kashmiri red chili.
- Transfer it into a grinder jar and grind it into a smooth paste. Keep aside for further use.
For Gravy
- In a saucepan, add prepared peri peri paste and water and saute it well for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
- Add the prepared seasoning oil and sauté well. Add sugar and mix well.
- Now, add boiled eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix it well and let it boil.
- Now, add cornflour slurry, coriander leaves and stir well.
- Once the curry is done transfer it into a serving dish, garnish it with peri peri seasoning and coriander sprig.
- Serve hot with rice.
For Peri Peri Seasoning
- In a shallow pan, add oil once the oil is hot, add garlic cloves and saute until light brown in color.
- Add chili flakes, oregano and Cook it for another 1 minute.
- Strain the flavored oil. Keep aside for further use.
