Ingredients
For Mango Phirni
65 gms Rice flour
1 ltr Milk
2-3 Green cardamom, roughly crushed
100 gm Sugar
½ cup Mango pulp
2 tbsp Sugar
½ cup Mango, small dices
For Mango Malai Kulfi
500 gms Mango Phirni
½ cup Malai/ cream
½ cup Condensed milk
2 tbsp Pistachios, blanched, chopped
For Garnish
Mango, slice
Mango, small dices
Basil seeds
Few Mint leaves
Process
For Mango Phirni
- In a large pot, boil milk. Stir occasionally, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Now, in a bowl add rice flour and little milk mix it well. Pour this mixture into the pot and stir continuously for 5-10 minutes.
- Add crushed green cardamom and mix it well.
- Add sugar and mix well till the milk thickens and turn creamy.
- Now starin the phirni so that you get a smooth texture.
- In another sauce pot, add mango pulp, sugar and cook it for a few minutes.
- Add mango dice and mix well.
- Now, add the mango pulp in the strain phirni mixture and mix well.
- Pour it into a bowl or a container and keep in the fridge until it’s set properly.
- Finally, serve chilled mango phirni garnished with a few mango slices and mint leaves.
For Mango Malai Kulfi
- In the remaining mixture of the phirni add malai/cream , condensed milk and mix it well.
- Add pistachios and mix well. Pour in mixture in a kulfi mould. Keep in the freezer to set for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- To get kulfi out of the mould by rubbing with your palms, it will get loose and slide out.
- Garnish with mango dice, basil seeds and serve.

I tried it , however I always felt taste of rice in it , do not known what went wrong
