
Ingredients
2 heaped tbsp Butter , मक्खन
1 tbsp Oil , तेल
1 clove Garlic, crushed , लहसुन
1 small Onion, chopped , प्याज
1 fresh Green chilli, chopped , हरी मिर्च
¼ cup Corn kernels, boiled , भुट्टे के दाने
1 small Carrot, diced , गाजर
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार
2 tbsp Water , पानी
1 ½ cup Macaroni Pasta , मैकरोनी पास्ता
½ tsp dried Oregano , सुखा ओरिगैनो
½ cup Water , पानी
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार
½ tsp Black pepper powder , काली मिर्च का पाउडर
½ medium Red bell pepper, small diced , रेड बेल पेपर
½ small Capsicum, small diced , शिमला मिर्च
¼ cup Green peas, boiled , हरे मटर
500 ml Milk , दूध
1 cup Cheese, grated , चीज
2 tbsp Corn-Starch slurry , कॉर्न स्टार्च का लिजाम
For Baked Mac & Cheese
¼ cup Cheese, grated , चीज
For Toasted Bread
3-4 Bread slices , ब्रेड स्लाइस
1 tbsp Butter मक्खन
1 clove Garlic, crushed , लहसुन
1 tsp oil , तेल
For Mac & Cheese Pizza
1 tbsp Butter , मक्खन
1 cup Leftover Mac & Cheese , बचा हुआ मॅक एंड चीज
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup , टाॅमेटो केचप
¼ cup Cheese, grated , चीज
Coriander leaves (for garnish) , धनिया के पत्ते
Process
For Mac & Cheese
- In a pot or kadai heat butter, oil and add garlic, onion, green chilli saute until translucent on medium heat.
- Now add corn kernels, carrot, salt saute for a minute and add water, mix it, let it cook for a minute.
- Then add macaroni pasta, dried oregano, water salt, black pepper powder, cover and cook it until the pasta has half cooked
- Remove the lid and add red bell pepper, capsicum, green peas, milk and boil it.
- Then add the cheese, corn-starch slurry and mix everything and coat it properly.
- Switch off the flames once thickened properly.
For Baked Mac & Cheese
- Fill a baking dish and add some grated cheese on top.
- Then put in a preheated oven at 180°c for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese has melted. Serve hot.
For Toasted Bread
- Heat butter, oil in a pan add one crushed garlic and toast the bread slices in it until golden brown and crispy from both sides. Serve warm.
For Mac & Cheese Pizza
- In a pan heat butter and add the leftover mac & cheese spread it evenly in the pan and cook on medium heat until golden brown on bottom side.
- Now flip it over and continue cooking, meanwhile apply some tomato ketchup on the top side, grated cheese and coriander leaves.
- Cover and cook until the cheese has melted. Remove and serve hot.
