
Corn Cheese Pasta स्वीट कॉर्न पास्ता
Ingredients
For White Sauce
500 ml Milk (दूध)
3-4 Cloves (लौंग)
3-4 Black Peppercorns (काली मिर्च के दाने)
50 gm Butter (मक्खन)
50 gm Refined Flour (मैदा)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
For Boiling Pasta
1 ltr Water (पानी)
1 tsp Salt (नमक)
1 cup Pasta (पास्ता)
Other Ingredients For Corn Cheese Pasta
2 tbsp Olive Oil (जैतून का तेल)
1 small Onion – chopped (प्याज़)
2 cloves Garlic – chopped (लहसुन)
1 fresh Green chilli – chopped (हरी मिर्च)
½ cup Sweet Corn kernels (भुट्टे के दाने)
Water (पानी)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
Prepared White Sauce (तैयार किया हुआ व्हाइट सॉस)
Boiled Pasta (उबला हुआ पास्ता)
1 cube Cheese (चीज़)
1 sprig fresh Oregano (ओरिगैनो)
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च का पाउडर)
For Garnish
Fresh Oregano sprigs (ओरिगैनो)
Process
For Boiling Pasta
- In a pot add water, salt and bring it to a boil, then add pasta and boil it according to the time written on the packet.
- Remove and strain all the water and apply some oil on the pasta and keep aside for further use.
For White Sauce
- In a pan add milk, cloves, black pepper cons and bring it to a boil.
- In another pan add butter, refined flour and cook it on low heat until fragrant.
- Now strain the milk in the flour mixture and mix it properly without forming lumps.
- Then continue cooking until cooked or semi thick.
- Switch off the flames and strain it again in a bowl and add some butter on it and keep aside for further use.
For Corn Cheese Pasta
- In a pan heat olive oil then add onion, garlic, green chilli and saute for translucent.
- Now add corn sauté for a minute and add some water, salt, prepared white sauce, boiled pasta and mix everything properly and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Then add grated cheese, oregano, black pepper powder, mix and serve hot in a plate and garnish with oregano.
