
Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
½ cup onion petals
½ cup red bell pepper
½ cup green bell pepper
500 gms chicken breast, diced
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli paste
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 cup water
3-4 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp corn starch syrup
Spring onion
Process
- Heat oil in a wok, add onions, bell peppers and chicken, sauté for a minute.
- Add soya sauce and toss well.
- Add chilli paste, vinegar, sugar and water, mix well to incorporate everything.
- Now add green chillies and corn starch syrup, mix well and cook through.
- Garnish with spring onion.
- Serve hot.
