Tandoori Soya Chaap सोया चाप से झटपट dishes
Ingredients
For Cooking Soya Chaap
2-3 heaped tbsp Ghee, घी
16 no. Soya Chaap, सोया चाप
¼ cup Ghee, घी
Water as required, पानी
Boiled Soya Chaap water, उबले हुए सोया चाप का पानी
For Tandoori Marination
Boiled soya chaap, cut into half, उबला हुआ सोया चाप
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
1 tsp Lemon juice, नींबू का रस
For Tandoori Marination
1 cup Hung curd, टंगा हुआ दही
1 tsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
¼ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
1 tbsp Mustard oil, सरसों का तेल
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
½ tsp Garam masala, गरम मसाला
Boiled soya chaap, cut into half, उबला हुआ सोया चाप
For Tandoori Soya Chaap
1 large Capsicum, diced, शिमला मिर्च
1 large Tomato, diced, टमाटर
1 large Onion, diced, प्याज
Prepared Tandoori marination, तैयार किया हुआ तंदूरी मैरिनेशन
1 tbsp Oil, तेल
Marinated soya chaap, मैरीनेट किया हुआ सोया चाप
Marinated vegetables, मैरीनेट की हुई सब्जियाँ
1 tsp Lemon juice, नींबू का रस
Few Coriander leaves, roughly torn, धनिया पत्ता
1 tsp Ghee, for finishing, घी
Process
For Cooking Soya Chaap
- In a handi, add ghee, once it’s hot, add soya chaap and cook it for a minute.
- Add ghee, water as required and mix it well.
- Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes until cooked well.
- Transfer it to a tray and keep it aside for further use.
For Tandoori Marination
- In a tray, add boiled soya chaap, salt to taste, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and mix it well.
- Keep it aside to marinate for a while.
For Tandoori Marination
- In a bowl, add hung curd, degi red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, mustard oil, salt to taste, garam masala and give it a good mix.
- Add boiled soya chaap and mix it well.
- Keep it aside to marinate for a while.
