
Ingredients
Marination
500 gms chicken wings/ चिकन विंग्स
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste/ अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
1 no egg white/
1 tbsp light soy sauce/ सोया सॉस
1 tbsp red chilli sauce/ रेड चिल्ली सॉस
1 tbsp green chilli sauce/ ग्रीन चिल्ली सॉस
½ tsp ground black pepper/ पिसी हुई काली मिर्च
2 tbsp corn flour/ मकाई का आटा
4 tbsp refined flour/ maida/ मैदा
Oil to deep-fry/ तेल
For Sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil/ तिल का तेल
1 medium onion, chopped/ प्याज, कटा हुआ
1 tbsp ginger, chopped / अदरक,कटा हुआ
1 tbsp garlic, chopped/ लहसुन, कटा हुआ
¼ cups chicken stock/ water/ चिकन स्टॉक
1 tbsp red chilli sauce/
1 tbsp light soy sauce/ सोया सॉस
1 tbsp tomato ketchup/ टमाटर केचप
1 fresh chilli, sliced/
Salt to taste/ नमक स्वादअनुसार
2 spring onion, chopped/ हारा पियास
Process
- Add all the marination ingredients into bowl except corn flour, maida and oil. Massage the chicken wings with the marination.
- Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in kadai and just putting into the oil add maida and cornflour into marinated lollipops and coat well.
- Deep fry lollipops in batches until turn golden brown and crisp in texture.
- Remove on kitchen absorbent paper. Keep aside for later use.
For Sauce
- Heat sesame oil into wok.
- Add in onion, ginger and garlic. Saute until light pink in colour.
- Addin stock followed by all the sauces and stir well.
- Adjust salt and add prepared lollipops. Coat well with the sauce and finish with chopped spring onion, fresh green chilli. Stir one last time and serve immediately.
