Ingredients
2 tbsp Oil , तेल
1 tsp Mustard seeds , सरसों के बीज
1-2 fresh Green chillies, cut in half , हरी मिर्च
1 medium Onion, chopped , प्याज
1 medium Tomato, chopped , टमाटर
1 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala , पाव भाजी मसाला
½ tsp Degi red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
4-5 Ladi pav, cut into 4 pieces , लादी पाव
1 heaped tbsp Butter , मक्खन
½ tsp Pav bhaji Masala, पाव भाजी मसाला (optional)
2 medium Potatoes, boiled & grated , आलू
200 gm Paneer, grated , पनीर
2 tbsp Coriander leaves , धनिये के पत्ते
Oil for frying , तेल तलने के लिए
For Cheesy Mayonnaise
½ cup Cheese , चीज
1 cup Mayonnaise , मेयोनेज़
2 tbsp Green Spring onion, chopped , प्याज पत्ता
For Drink
3-4 Mint leaves , पुदीने के पत्ते
1 inch Ginger, roughly chopped , अदरक
2 fresh Green chillies, brake in half , हरी मिर्च
1 medium Lemon juice , नींबू का रस
Ice cubes , बर्फ (as required)
1 medium Guava, chopped , अमरूद
½ tsp Black salt , काला नमक
500 ml Guava juice , अमरूद का रस
¼ tsp Black pepper powder , काली मिर्च का पाउडर
Club soda to top-up , पीने का सोडा
Process
- In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, green chillies, onion, tomato and saute for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Now add pav bhaji masala degi red chilli powder and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes or until tomatoes are soft.
- Add ladi pav, butter and saute everything properly for 2 minutes.
- Then add grated potatoes, paneer, coriander leaves and mix everything properly and cook for a minute.
- Remove and let it cool down then grind it into a fine thick paste.
- Heat oil in a kadai and in meanwhile make bite size balls from the mixture and deep fry them in medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove on an absorbent paper and then serve them with, cheesy mayonnaise and guava lemonade drink.
For Cheesy Mayonnaise
- In a bowl add grated cheese, mayonnaise, spring onion and mix everything properly and keep aside for further use.
For Drink
- In a jar add mint leaves, ginger, green chillies, lemon juice, ice cubes, chopped guava and muddle them properly.
- Now add black salt, guava juice, black pepper powder and then top it with some club soda. Serve in a serving glass chilled.
