Crispy Chicken Finger खस्ता चिकन फिंगर Recipe - Ranveer Brar

Ingredients

For Batter

4 tbsp Refined Flour, मैदा

2 tbsp Corn Flour, कॉर्नफ्लोर

½ tsp Black Pepper Powder, काली मिर्च पाउडर

1 tsp Garlic Powder, लहसुन का पाउडर

½ tsp Italian Seasoning, इटालियन सीज़निंग

1 tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

½ – ¾ cup Water, पानी

1 cup Chicken, boneless, cut in strips, चिकन

1 cup Corn Flakes / Bread crumbs, कॉर्नफ्लेक्स, ताजे ब्रेड क्रंब्स

Oil for frying, तलने के लिए तेल

 

Process

  • In a bowl, add refined flour, corn flour, black pepper powder.
  • Add garlic powder, italian seasoning, degi red chilli powder, salt to taste.
  • Add some water to make a paste just enough to coat the chicken pieces well.
  • Add chicken strips in the batter and then coat in corn flakes from all the sides.
  • Repeat this step for the rest of the chicken strips.
  • When oil is hot enough ,deep fry chicken strips until golden brown on both sides. Remove & drain on a paper towel.
  • Serve crispy & crunchy chicken fingers with tomato
