Creamy Coconut Barfi No Condensed & milk milkmaid at home नारियल की बर्फी Recipe - Ranveer Brar

Ingredients

1 cup Desiccated coconut, नारियल का बुरादा

2 cups fresh Coconut, shredded, नारियल

1 cup fresh Coconut, grated, नारियल

10-12 Pistachios, blanched, chopped, पिस्ता

4-5 Almonds, chopped, बादाम

2 tsp Ghee, घी

 

For Condensed Milk 

2 cups Sugar, चीनी

A pinch of salt, नमक

1 cup Milk powder, मिल्क पाउडर

1 cup Milk, दूध

½ cup Water, पानी

½ tsp Cardamom powder, इलायची पाउडर

2 tsp Rose water, गुलाब जल

 

For Garnish 

Ghee, for greasing, घी

few Saffron strands, केसर

4-5 Pistachios, blanched, chopped, पिस्ता

Silver varq, चांदी का वर्ख

fresh Rose petals, गुलाब की पंखुड़ियां

 

Process

 

  • In a deep non-stick pan, add sugar, a pinch of salt, and milk powder.
  • Add milk, water and mix it well.
  • Cook on medium flame till sugar dissolves completely.
  • Add cardamom powder, rose water and mix it well.
  • Keep stirring till the mixture starts to thicken
  • Continue to cook on medium flame stirring continuously.
  • Add fresh shredded coconut, fresh grated coconut and desiccated coconut and mix it well.
  • Add almonds, pistachios, ghee and mix it well.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased tray and press down with a spatula.
  • Spread some saffron strands and allow it to cool down and set for 1 hour.
  • Now, unmould and cut into square pieces.
  • Garnish it with pistachios, silver varq, rose petals and serve.
  • Or store in an airtight container for a week in the refrigerator.
