‘Viral’ Smashed TacosЁЯМо рдордЬрд╝реЗрджрд╛рд░ ‘рдЯреНрд░реЗрдВрдбреАрдВрдЧ’ рдЯрд╛рдХреЛ рдШрд░ рдкрд░ Paneer/Chicken Tacos
Here's my take on the trending Tacos recipe! I've given methods for both Chicken & Paneer variants in normal Enchilada and Smashed types. Enjoy it this weekend!
Ingredients
For Paneer Rajma Filling
500 gms Paneer, рдкрдиреАрд░

Process
For Paneer & Rajma Filling
- In a bowl, add paneer, boiled rajma, chilli flakes, oregano, tender coriander stems, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste and give it a good mix.
- Transfer it into the mixer grinder jar and grind it into the coarsely paste.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Chicken Filling
- In a bowl, add chicken mince, boiled potatoes, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, salt to taste, garam masala powder, coriander powder, degi red chili powder and give it a good mix.
- Leave it aside for further use.
For Sauce
- In a bowl, add green chillies, fresh mint leaves, ginger, garlic, mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, fresh coriander leaves, oil and give it a good mix.
- Transfer it into the mixer grinder jar and grind it into the smooth fine paste.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Salad
- In a bowl, add hung curd, mayonnaise, chilli flakes, cheese, capsicum, cucumber, onion, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves and give it a good mix.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Cooking Roti
- Take prepared dough, divide into small lemon size balls and flatten it with a rolling pin to make roti.
- Add ghee on tawa, place prepared roti and cook it on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until it’s half cooked.
- Remove it into the dish and keep it aside for further use.
For Assembling
- Take cooked roti, add chicken filling and spread it evenly, transfer it into the pan, add butter and cook for 4-5 minutes or until it’s cooked.
- Remove it into the dish, apply prepared sauce, add a spoonful of prepared salad and fold it well to make taco.
- Take cooked roti, add paneer rajma filling and spread it evenly, transfer it into the pan, add butter and cook for 2-3 minutes or until it’s cooked.
- Remove it into the dish, apply prepared sauce, add a spoonful of prepared salad, add grated cheese and fold it well to make taco.
- Transfer it into the serving dish and garnish it with coriander sprig.
Serve hot with prepared sauce and prepared salad.
