1. In a bowl, add chopped watermelon, roasted jeera powder, green chilies, lemon juice, salt & mix well.
2. Bake this watermelon mix in an oven at 180-200 deg C for 10 minutes. Remove, cool and blend in a mixer.
4. For a jhatpat salad, chop the orange, watermelon, add torn mint leaves, salt, olive oil & mix.
5. Garnish the blended panna with mint leaves & add ice cubes. Serve with the salad.
