
Vietnamese Summer Rolls वियतनामी रोल्स

Ingredients
For Sauce
¼ cup Soy Sauce, सोया सॉस
2-3 Garlic Cloves, chopped, लहसुन
2 fresh Red Chilli, chopped, लाल मिर्च
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder, काली मिर्च पाउडर
2 tbsp White Sesame Seeds, सफेद तिल
4 tbsp Vinegar, सिरका
1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce, होइसिन
2 tbsp Spring Onion, chopped, प्याज पत्ता
For Summer Rolls
Warm Water, गुनगुना पानी
2 Rice paper Sheets, राइस पेपर शीट
¼ cup Purple Cabbage, shredded, बैंगनी पत्ता गोभी
¼ cup Carrot, julienned, गाजर
¼ cup Yellow Bell Pepper, julienned, पीला बेल्ल पेपर
¼ cup Red Bell Pepper, julienned, लाल बेल्ल पेपर
Few Mint Leaves, पुदीना पता
Few Coriander Leaves, धनिया पत्ता
10-12 Prawns, pra-boiled (optional), झींगा
Process
For Sauce
- In a bowl, add soy sauce, garlic, fresh red chilli, black pepper powder, white sesame seeds, vinegar, hoisin sauce, spring onion and mix it well, set aside.
For Vietnam Summer Rolls
- To assemble, dip one sheet of the rice paper into a big bowl of lukewarm water. Shake off the excess water and quickly transfer it to a dry chopping board. Lay shredded purple cabbage, carrot, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, mint leaves, coriander leaves and prawns
- Fold the bottom side of the rice paper over the filling securely, then fold the left and right sides of the rice paper over the filling. Make sure the filling is wrapped tightly and continue to roll it over. Repeat the same until everything is used up.
- Cut and serve with sweet chilli sauce
