
Ingredients
3-4 tsp Oil, तेल
1 tsp Mustard Seeds, सरसों के बीज
¼ tsp Asafoetida, हींग
1 Sprig Curry Leaves, कढ़ी पत्ता
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
2 Onions, chopped, प्याज
½ tsp Turmeric Powder, हल्दी पाउडर
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp Goda Masala, गोडा मसाला
100 gms Green Moong, soaked, हरा मूंग
100 gms Matki/ Mothbeans, soaked, मटकी
Water as required, पानी
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
½ tsp Garam Masala, गरम मसाला
Coriander as required, धनिया
Farsan, फरसान
1 Lemon Slice, नींबू
Process
- In a pan, heat 3-4 tbsp of oil.
- Add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions saute it well.
- Add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, goda masala continue sauteing.
- Add sprouts and saute it properly. Add water and cook the sprouts till they are nice & soft.
- Add salt to taste and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Add garam masala, coriander leaves mix it well.
- Serve the Misal with some Farsan & garnish it with chopped onion.
