Pineapple Jam easy recipe अनानास जैम बनाने का सही तरीका

Ingredients
1 big Pineapple – roughly chopped (अनानास)
Water (पानी)
¼ tsp Vanilla Essence (वेनीला एसेंस)
a big pinch Saffron (केसर)
¼-½ cup Sugar (चीनी)
a pinch Salt (नमक)
Process
- In a pan add pineapple, and saute for a minute on low flame, then add water.
- Mix it properly, cover and cook on medium heat until soft.
- Remove the lid and blend with a hand blender coarsely.
- Now add vanilla essence, saffron, sugar, mix everything properly.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes, remove the lid and add the salt then boil it for a minute on high flames.
- Switch off the flames and keep aside to cool down. Store it in a airtight container in the fridge.
