Butter Garlic Egg & Egg Fried Rice मख़मली बटर अंडा करी अंडा फ्राइड राइस Recipe - Ranveer Brar

Ingredients

For Egg Mixture

7 no. Whole eggs, अंडे

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

½ tsp Oil, तेल

 

For Steaming Eggs

Prepared egg mixture, तैयार किया हुआ अंडे का मिश्रण

Water as required, पानी

 

For Garlic Sauce

5-6 no. Garlic cloves, लहसुन

3 tbsp Water, पानी

1 tbsp Oil, तेल

1 tbsp Oil, तेल

 

For Sauteing Garlic

1 tbsp Oil, तेल

3 tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन

7-8 no. Garlic cloves, finely chopped, लहसुन

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

a pinch of Sugar, चीनी

 

For Butter Garlic Egg Fried Rice

1 tbsp Butter, मक्खन

½ no. Pineapple (peeled & cut into diced) अनानास

1 tsp prepared Sauteed garlic, भुना हुआ लहसुन

1 tsp remaining butter, बचा हुआ मक्खन

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

Cooked eggs trimmings, chopped, पके हुए अंडे

2 cups Cooked rice, पका हुआ चावल

1 tbsp Tender Coriander stems, finely chopped, धनिये के डंठल

1 tbsp Spring onion, chopped, हरा प्याज

1 tbsp Prepared garlic sauce, तैयार किया हुआ गार्लिक सॉस

½ tsp Black peppercorns, crushed, कुटी हुई काली मिर्च

 

For Butter Garlic Eggs

Remaining sauteed garlic, भुना हुआ लहसुन

2 tbsp Water, पानी

Cooked eggs, cut into diced, पके हुए अंडे

½ tsp Black peppercorns, crushed, कुटी हुई काली मिर्च

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

3 tbsp Fresh cream, ताज़ा मलाई

½ tsp Tender Coriander stems, finely chopped, धनिये के डंठल

1 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves, finely chopped, धनिया पत्ता

2 tbsp Prepared garlic sauce (optional) तैयार किया हुआ गार्लिक सॉस

 

Other Ingredients

Oil for greasing, तेल

2 tbsp Spring onion, chopped, हरा प्याज

1 no. Green chili (less spicy & chopped) हरी मिर्च

 

For Garnish

Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता

 

Process

For Egg Mixture

  • Take whole eggs, break the eggs in a bowl.
  • Add salt to taste, oil and whisk it well.
  • Keep it aside for further use.

 

For Steaming Eggs

  • In a pan, add water as required.
  • Take a small steel bowl, grease it with oil and pour a ladleful of prepared egg mixture.
  • Sprinkle some spring onion, green chilli, cover it with a lid and let it cook for 7-8 minutes until cooked well.
  • Demold the egg mixture and keep it aside for further use.

 

For Garlic Sauce

  • Take a bowl or any container, add garlic, water, oil and grind it with the hand blender until smooth.
  • Add oil gradually and grind it into a smooth paste.
  • Keep it aside for further use.

 

For Sauteing Garlic

  • In a pan, add oil, butter, once it’s hot, add garlic, salt to taste, a pinch of sugar and cook it for a while until golden in colour.
  • Keep it aside for further use.

 

For Butter Garlic Egg Fried Rice

  • In a wok, add butter, once it melts, add pineapple and cook it for a minute.
  • Add prepared sauteed garlic, remaining butter, salt to taste, cooked egg trimmings, cooked rice and toss it on high flames for 2-3 minutes.
  • Finish it with tender coriander stems, spring onion, prepared garlic sauce, crushed black peppercorns and give it a good mix.
  • Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish it with coriander sprig.
  • Serve hot with prepared butter garlic eggs.

 

For Butter Garlic Eggs

  • In a pan, add remaining sauteed garlic, water and give it a quick stir.
  • Add cooked eggs, crushed black peppercorns, salt to taste, fresh cream and cook it for a minute on high flames.
  • Finish it with tender coriander stems, fresh coriander leaves, prepared garlic sauce and give it a good mix.
  • Transfer it to a serving dish and garnish it with coriander sprig.
  • Serve hot with prepared butter garlic egg fried rice.
