
Mix Veg(No Onion & Garlic) मिक्स वेज सब्जी बिना प्याज और लहसुन के
Ingredients
2-3 tbsp Ghee (घी)
½ inch Cinnamon Stick (दालचीनी)
2-3 Cloves (लॉन्ग)
10-12 Black Peppercorns (काली मिर्च के दाने)
1 Green Cardamom (हरी इलायची)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (जीरा)
¼ tsp Fennel Seeds (सॉन्ग)
1 small Cauliflower – cut in florets (फूलगोभी)
2 medium Potatoes – cut in medium cubes (आलू)
15-20 French Beans – cut in diamond shape (फ्रेंच बींस)
1 medium Carrot – cut in diamond shape (गाजर)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
For Curd mixture
1 cup Curd (दही)
1 fresh Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
1 inch Ginger – grated (अदरक)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
1 tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder (देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
¼ tsp Asafoetida (हींग)
2 tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
For Garnish
Fresh Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ता)
Process
For Curd mixture
- In a bowl add curd, green chilli, ginger, turmeric powder, degi red chilli powder, asafoetida, coriander powder, salt and mix everything properly and keep aside for further use.
For Mix Veg
- In a pan add ghee, cinnamon stick, cloves, black pepper cons, green cardamom, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and let them crackle.
- Now add the cauliflower, potatoes, french beans, carrots, salt and saute for a minute.
- Add the prepared curd mixture and mix everything properly. Keep on sauteing for 4-5 minutes and then cover and cook until the vegetables are completely cooked.
- Remove on a serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
