Paneer Bhurji पनीर भुर्जी रेसिपी Recipe - Ranveer Brar


2 tbsp Oil (तेल)

1 tbsp Ghee (घी)

2 Green Chillies – chopped (हरी मिर्च)

1 inch Ginger – chopped (अदरक)

1 large Onion – chopped (प्याज)

Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)

250 gms Paneer – crumbled (पनीर)

1 medium Tomato – deseeded & chopped (टमाटर)

2 tbsp Coriander Leaves – chopped (धनिया पत्ता)


For Curd mixture

1 heaped tbsp Curd (दही)

¼ tsp Asafoetida (हीन)

½ tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)

¼ tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)

¼ tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder (देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)


  • In a pan add oil, ghee let it heat and add green chillies, ginger, onion, salt and saute until translucent.
  • Now add curd mixture saute until it leaves oil from the sides
  • Add paneer saute for 2 minutes and add tomatoes, coriander leaves mix everything properly and switch off the flames.

For Curd mixture

  • In a small bowl add curd, asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, degi red chilli powder and mix everything properly and keep aside for further use.
