
Ingredients
For Sauteed Veggies
1 tbsp Oil, तेल
2 Green chillies, finely chopped, हरी मिर्च
1 inch Ginger, chopped, अदरक
2 medium Onions, chopped, प्याज
1 large Capsicum, chopped, शिमला मिर्च
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
For Burger Patty
Sauteed Veggies,
450 gms Chicken, mince, चिकन का कीमा
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Black peppercorns, crushed, काली मिर्च का पाउडर
2 Egg yolks, अंडे का पीला हिस्सा
For Cheese Sauce
2 cups Milk, दूध
1 tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
¼ cup Cornstarch slurry, कॉर्न स्टार्च का लिजाम
2 tbsp Water, पानी
A pinch of degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
¼ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
¼ cup Processed cheese, grated, प्रोसेस चीज
For Coating
2 cups Cornflakes, crushed, कॉर्नफ़्लेक्स
2 Egg whites, अंडा का सफेद हिस्सा
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
For Shallow fry Patty
Oil, तेल तलने के लिए
For Spread
2-3 Green chillies, chopped, हरी मिर्च
1 tsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
½ tbsp Tomato ketchup, टॉमैटो केचप
2 tbsp Mayonnaise, मायोनिज
Other Ingredients
1 tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
2 Burger Buns, बर्गर बन
1 large Onion, rings, प्याज
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
½ tbsp Butter, मक्खन
For Assembling
2 Burger Buns, बर्गर बन
Prepared Spread, तैयार किया हुआ स्प्रैड
4 to 5 Lettuce leaves, लेटुस
Prepared Patty, तैयार किया हुआ बर्गर पैटी
Grilled onions, ग्रिल्ड प्याज
Prepared Cheese Sauce, तैयार किया हुआ चीज सॉस
Cheese slice, चीज स्लाइस
Sliced Tomato, कटा हुआ टमाटर
Process
For Sauteed Veggies
- Heat a non-stick pan, add oil once the oil is hot, add green chillies, ginger, onion, capsicum.
- Saute on medium flame, add salt to taste, degi red chilli powder and saute well.
- Once cooked, transfer into a tray to cool down.
For Burger Patty
- In a large bowl, add prepared sauteed veggies, chicken mince.
- Add coriander leaves, salt to taste, black peppercorns.
- Add egg yolks and mix everything well.
For Cheese Sauce
- In a sauce pot, add milk, butter on medium flame.
- In a bowl, add water, turmeric powder, degi red chilli powder, salt to taste and mix well.
- Transfer the chilli water into the sauce pot and mix well.
- Make sure there’s no lumps, add cheese and mix well.
- Switch off the flame. Once the sauce is cooldown, strain in a bowl and keep aside for further use.
- In a sauce pot, add water, prepared cheese sauce and give a nice boil.
For Coating
- In a bowl, beat egg whites, add salt to taste and whisk it well, keep aside for further use.
- In a large tray or plate crushed the cornflakes and keep aside.
- Now, wet your hands and take a portion of the mixture and give a patty shape.
- Then coat it with the egg white and cornflakes, keep aside and repeat for the rest of the mixture.
For Shallow Fry Patty
- Heat oil in a shallow pan, on medium to hot flame.
- Place the prepared patty in the hot oil and shallow fry until golden brown and crispy from both sides. Remove and keep aside.
For Spread
- In a bowl, add green chillies, degi red chili powder, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise and mix well.
For Toasting Buns
- Heat a pan, add butter and toast the buns until light brown in color.
- Add butter and grill the onion on the same pan and season it with salt.
For Assembling Burger
- Apply spread to the toasted buns then place lettuce leaves, prepared spread on the bottom part of the bun.
- Now, place the prepared patty on it and add some grilled onions, cheese slices and tomato slices.
- Apply some spread to the other side of the buns and place the top of the bun and secure it.
- Pour the prepared cheese sauce on top of it.
- Serve it with french fries.
