
Masala pasta recipe मसाला पास्ता की आसान रेसिपी Spicy Pasta Indian Style
What's the best way to sneak in veggies in your kids' meals? Cook them with some pasta :)
Ingredients
2 tbsp Oil (तेल)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (जीरा)
3-4 cloves Garlic – crushed (लहसुन)
1 medium Onion – diced (प्याज)
½ medium Carrot – diced (गाजर)
½ medium Capsicum – diced (शिमला मिर्च)
½ medium Red Bell Pepper – diced (रेड बेल पिपर)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
½ tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder (देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
¼ tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
1 heaped tbsp Butter (मकान)
Water (पानी)
1 cup Pasta (Any type) (पास्ता)
¼ cup Sweet Corn Kernels (भुट्टे के दाने)
2-3 tbsp Corn-starch Slurry (कॉर्न स्टार्च का लिजाम)
⅓ cup Processed Cheese – grated (प्रोसेस चीज)
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves – chopped (धनिया पत्ता)
For Garnish
Fresh Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ता)
Process
- In a kadai heat oil and add cumin seeds, garlic, onion then saute it a minute.
- Now add carrot, capsicum, red bell pepper and saute for a minute on medium heat.
- Then add the turmeric powder, degi red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, butter and saute until fragrant.
- Add water, pasta, sweet corn kernels then cover and cook until then pasta is cooking properly.
- Remove the lid and add some water, corn-starch slurry and cook it properly.
- Switch off the flames and add grated cheese, chopped coriander leaves and mix everything once again.
- Remove in a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
