Ingredients

For White Sauce

50 gm Butter, मक्खन

50 gm Refined Flour, मैदा

500 ml Milk, दूध

3-4 Cloves, लौंग

3-4 Black Peppercorns, काली मिर्च के दाने

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार

 

For Boiling Pasta

1 ltr Water, पानी

1 tsp Salt, नमक

1 cup Pasta, पास्ता

 

Other Ingredients For Corn Cheese Pasta

2 tbsp Olive Oil, जैतून का तेल

1 small Onion, chopped, प्याज़

2 Garlic cloves, chopped, लहसुन

1 fresh Green chilli, chopped, हरी मिर्च

Prepared White Sauce, तैयार किया हुआ व्हाइट सॉस

½ tsp Black Pepper Powder, काली मिर्च का पाउडर

 

Water, पानी

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार

Boiled Pasta, उबला हुआ पास्ता

1 cube Cheese, चीज़

A pinch of Chilli Flakes, चिल्ली फ्लक्स

A pinch of Oregano, ओरिगैनो

1 sprig fresh Oregano, ओरिगैनो

 

For Garnish

Fresh Oregano sprigs, ओरिगैनो

 

Process

For Boiling Pasta

  • In a pot add water, salt and bring it to a boil, then add pasta and boil it according to the time written on the packet.
  • Remove and strain all the water and apply some oil on the pasta and keep aside for further use.

 

For White Sauce

  • In a saucepot, add butter, refined flour and cook it on low heat until fragrant.
  • Add milk and mix it properly without forming lumps.
  • Add cloves, black peppercorns and cook until thickened.
  • Now strain the white sauce in a bowl.

 

For Corn Cheese Pasta

  • In a wok, heat olive oil then add onion, garlic, green chilli and saute until translucent.
  • Now add prepared white sauce mix it well.
  • some water, salt, prepared white sauce, back pepper powder,
  • boiled pasta and mix everything properly and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  • Then add grated cheese, oregano, black pepper powder, mix and serve hot on a plate and garnish with oregano.
