
Instant Noodles 2 ways नूडल्स की 2 आसान रेसिपी Desi style Noodles
Ingredients
For Masala Noodles
1 tbsp Oil, तेल
1 large Onion, chopped, प्याज
½ tsp Degi red chili powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp Coriander powder, धनिया पाउडर
¼ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर
1 large Tomato, chopped, टमाटर
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
¼ cup Green peas, हरे मटर
¼ cup Sweet corn kernels, optional, भुट्टे के दाने
2 ½ cups Water, पानी
2 pkt Instant noodles, इंस्टैंट नूडल
1 ½ tbsp Instant noodle masala, नूडल्स मसाला
2 no. Green chillies (less spicy & chopped) हरी मिर्च
½ inch Ginger (peeled & finely chopped) अदरक
1 tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped, धनिया पत्ता
For Chinese Noodles
1 ½ tbsp Oil, तेल
2-3 no. Garlic cloves, sliced, लहसुन
½ Onion, sliced, प्याज
1 medium Carrot, julienned, गाजर
1 large Capsicum, julienned, शिमला मिर्च
2-3 heaped tbsp Schezwan sauce, शेज़वान सॉस
3 pkt Instant noodles, इंस्टैंट नूडल
1 ½ tsp Light soy sauce, सोया सॉस
3 cups Water, पानी
2 tsp Instant noodle masala, नूडल्स मसाला
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Light soy sauce, सोया सॉस
½ tbsp Green chili sauce, ग्रीन चिली सॉस
1 heaped tbsp Tomato ketchup, टाॅमेटो केचप
2-3 tbsp Spring onion, roughly chopped, प्याज पत्ता
1 tsp Sesame oil (optional) तिल का तेल
For Garnish
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता
Spring onion, प्याज पत्ता
Process
For Masala Noodles
- In a kadai or sauce pot, add oil, once it’s hot, add onion and sauté it well until translucent.
- Add degi red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and sauté it for a minute.
- Add tomato, salt to taste and cook it well, add green peas, sweet corn kernels, water and let it cook for 7-8 minutes on medium flame.
- Add instant noodles, cover it with the lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
- Add instant noodle masala, green chillies, ginger and mix all well.
- Finish it with some butter and coriander leaves.
- Transfer it to a serving dish and garnish it with coriander sprig.
- Serve hot.
For Chinese Noodles
- In a wok or sauce pot, add oil, once it’s hot, add garlic and sauté it for a minute.
- Add onion, carrot, capsicum, schezwan sauce and cook it on high flame.
- Add instant noodles, light soy sauce, water, cover it with a lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
- Add instant noodle masala, salt to taste, light soy sauce, green chili sauce, tomato ketchup, spring onion and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Finish it with some sesame oil and mix it well.
- Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish it with spring onion.
- Serve hot.
