Ingredients

2 tbsp Olive Oil (जैतून का तेल)

6-8 cloves Garlic – chopped (लहसुन)

5-6 Olives – sliced (जैतून)

¼ medium Red Bell Pepper (रेड बेल पेपर)

⅓ cup Sweet Corn Kernels (मकई के दाने)

¼ tsp Red Chilli Flakes (रेड चिल्ली फ्लेक्स)

Paste Water (पास्ता का पानी)

Boiled Rigatoni (उबली हुई रिगेटनी)

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (अतिरिक्त शुद्ध जैतून का तेल)

¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)

½ medium Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)

few Basil Leaves – roughly torn (बसिल की पत्तियां)

For Garnish

Parmesan Cheese – grated (पारमेसान चीज़)

Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)

Basil sprig (बसिल)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (अतिरिक्त शुद्ध जैतून का तेल)

Process

  • In a pan heat olive oil and add garlic, sliced olives saute for a few seconds.
  • Now add red bell pepper, corn kernels, red chilli flakes and saute for half a minute then add pasta water and boil it for a few seconds.
  • Add the boiled rigatoni and saute everything until properly mixed.
  • Then add extra virgin olive oil, black pepper powder and stir it again.
  • Now switch off the flames and finish it with lemon juice, basil leaves and mix everything together.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with parmesan cheese, black pepper powder, basil sprig and extra virgin olive oil.
