
Ingredients
100 gm Mozzarella cheese, mashed , मोजरेला चीज
100 gm Processed cheese, mashed , प्रोसैस्ड चीज
100 gm Paneer, mashed , पनीर
3 medium Potatoes, boiled , आलू
4-5 fresh Green chillies, chopped , हरी मिर्च
1 inch Ginger, chopped , अदरक
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped , धनिया पत्ता
2 heaped tbsp Refined flour , मैदा
½ tsp Degi red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
½ tsp Ginger-Garlic paste , अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार
½ tsp Baking soda , खाने का सोडा
¾-1 cup fresh Bread crumbs , ब्रेड क्रंब्स / poha powder
¼ cup Hard Cheese, चीज (For stuffing)
1 cup fresh Bread crumbs , ब्रेड क्रंब्स (For Crumbing)
Oil for frying , तेल तलने के लिए
For Slurry
½ cup Refined flour , मैदा
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार
Water as required , पानी
Process
- In a bowl add mozzarella cheese, ed cheese, paneer, potatoes, mash them all together until mixed properly.
- Now add green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, refined flour, degi red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, baking soda, bread crumbs and mix everything properly until it all comes together.
- Take a portion of the mixture, make some space in between and add a small amount of cheese and roll it to make a ball, repeat this and make balls with rest of the mixture.
- Make slurry by mixing refined flour, salt and water, it should be coating consistency.
- Place oil in a kadai to heat for fry.
- Meanwhile, take one cheese ball and put it in the slurry and then coat it with bread crumbs properly, repeat this for all other balls.
- Now deep fry these balls in medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with some tomato ketchup.
