Ingredients
For Marination
1 cup Hung curd, टंगा हुआ दही
2 tsp Degi Red Chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp Garam masala powder, गरम मसाला पाउडर
1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder, जीरा पाउडर
1 heaped tbsp Mayonnaise, मेयोनेज़
1 tsp Oil, तेल
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Roasted Gram flour, भुने चने का बेसन
1 tsp Dry Fenugreek leaves, कसूरी मेथी
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
For Paneer Marination
500 gms Paneer (cut into thick slab), पनीर
Prepared Marination, तैयार किया हुआ मैरिनेशन
For Chicken Marination
500 gms Chicken (thigh boneless), चिकन
Prepared Marination, तैयार किया हुआ मैरिनेशन
For Vegetable Mixture
½ medium Cabbage (shredded & chopped), पत्ता गोभी
3-4 no. Green chillies (less spicy & finely chopped), हरी मिर्च
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Vinegar, सिरका
½ medium Carrot (peeled & finely chopped), गाजर
⅓ cup Mayonnaise, मेयोनेज़
2 tbsp fresh Mint leaves (roughly chopped), पुदीने का पत्ता
¼ cup Processed Cheese (grated), चीज
½ inch Ginger (peeled & grated), अदरक
For Searing Paneer & Chicken
1-2 tbsp Oil, तेल
Marinated Paneer slabs, मैरिनेटेड पनीर
Marinated Chicken Tikka, मैरिनेटेड चिकन टिक्का
For Paneer Tikka Filling
Grilled Paneer Tikka (chopped), ग्रिल्ड पनीर टिक्का

Remaining Excess Oil, बचा हुआ तेल
For Chicken Tikka Filling
Grilled Chicken Tikka (chopped), ग्रिल्ड चिकन टिक्का

For Assembling Paneer Tikka Sandwich
4 no. Triangle Brown Bread slice, ब्रेड स्लाइस
1-2 tbsp Softened Butter (cubed), मक्खन
1-2 tbsp Mayonnaise, मेयोनेज़
Prepared Paneer Tikka Filling, तैयार की हुई पनीर टिक्का फिलिंग
Black peppercorns (crushed), कुटी हुई काली मिर्च
For Assembling Chicken Tikka Sandwich
4 no. Triangle White Bread slice, ब्रेड स्लाइस
1-2 tbsp Softened Butter (cubed), मक्खन
Prepared Chicken Tikka Filling, तैयार की हुई चिकन टिक्का फिलिंग
Black peppercorns (crushed), कुटी हुई काली मिर्च
Process
For Marination
- In a bowl, add hung curd, degi red chilli powder, garam masala powder, roasted cumin powder, mayonnaise, oil.
- Add salt to taste, roasted gram flour, dry fenugreek leaves, ginger garlic paste and give it a good mix to make a lumps free marinade.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Paneer Marination
- In a bowl, add paneer slabs, prepared marination and marinate well.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Chicken Marination
- In a bowl, add chicken, prepared marination and marinate well.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Vegetable Mixture
- In a bowl, add cabbage, green chillies, salt to taste, vinegar, carrot and mix it well.
- Leave it aside for a while until vegetables lose their moisture.
- Squeeze out the extra moisture and transfer the vegetables into the bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, chopped mint leaves, grated cheese, ginger and mix it well.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Searing Paneer & Chicken
- In a pan, add oil, once it’s hot, place marinated paneer slabs and cook for 4-5 minutes or until it’s cooked.
- In the same pan, add oil, once it’s hot, place marinated chicken tikka and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Now, flip the chicken onto the other side and cook for a while.
- Transfer it into the tray or plate and keep it aside for further use.
- For Paneer Tikka Filling
In a bowl, add chopped paneer tikka, prepared salad, remaining excess oil and give it a good mix. - Keep it aside for further use.
For Chicken Tikka Filling
- In a bowl, add chopped chicken tikka, prepared salad and give it a good mix.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Assembling Paneer Tikka Sandwich
- Take triangle brown bread slices, trim the edges, apply softened butter, mayonnaise, add prepared paneer tikka filling and crushed black peppercorns.
- Now, cover it with another bread slice and transfer it into the serving platter.
- Serve warm with french fries and tomato ketchup.
