Korean Chicken Burger कोरियन चिकन बर्गर Trending Messy Chicken Burger
Ingredients
For Chicken Marination
1 Whole egg, अंडा
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Light soy sauce, सोया सॉस
600 gms Chicken thighs (boneless) चिकन
For Salad
½ medium Cabbage, shredded, पत्ता गोभी
1 medium Cucumber (seedless & sliced) खीरा
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tbsp Prepared korean sauce, तैयार किया हुआ सॉस
2-3 heaped tbsp Mayonnaise, मेयोनेज़
For Instant Korean Sauce
¾ cup Water, पानी
¼ cup Schezwan chutney, शेज़वान चटनी
1 tbsp Gochujang Paste, गोचुजांग पेस्ट
3 tbsp Tomato ketchup, टमाटर केचप
For Coating
1 cup Refined flour, मैदा
⅓ cup Rice flour, चावल का आटा
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
For Toasting Buns
1-2 tsp Oil, तेल
2 no. Burger buns, cut into half, बर्गर बन्स
For Assembling Burger
Toasted buns, टोस्टेड बन्स
Prepared salad, तैयार किया हुआ सलाद
2-3 no. Green leafy lettuce leaves, roughly torn, सलाद पत्ते
Fried chicken, फ्रायड चिकन
Prepared korean sauce, तैयार किया हुआ सॉस
Fried chicken, फ्रायड चिकन
Prepared korean sauce, तैयार किया हुआ सॉस
Prepared salad, तैयार किया हुआ सलाद
Toasted buns, टोस्टेड बन्स
Flavoured chips, चिप्स

Process
For Chicken Marination
- In a bowl, add egg, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, light soy sauce, chicken thighs and mix it well.
- Keep it aside to marinate for a while.
For Salad
- In a bowl, add cabbage, cucumber, salt to taste and mix it well. Leave it aside for a while to release its moisture.
- Squeeze out the moisture properly and transfer it to a bowl.
- Add prepared korean sauce, mayonnaise and give it a good mix.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Instant Korean Sauce
- In a pan, add water, schezwan chutney, gochujang paste, tomato ketchup and give it a quick boil.
- Transfer it to a bowl and keep it aside for further use.
For Coating
- In a bowl, add refined flour, rice flour, salt to taste and mix it well.
- Add marinated chicken and coat it well on all
- Drop the chicken pieces in hot oil and fry them until the chicken is tender and crispy.
- Transfer it to an absorbent sheet and keep it aside for further use.
For Toasting Buns
- In a pan, add oil, once it’s hot, add burger buns and toast them for 2-3 minutes on medium flames.
- Transfer it to a tray and keep it aside for further use.
For Assembling Burger
- Take toasted buns, spread some prepared salad, place green leafy lettuce leaves, fried chicken and drizzle a spoonful of prepared korean sauce.
- Place another piece of fried chicken, a spoonful of prepared korean sauce, prepared salad, flavoured chips and cover it with another slice of burger buns.
- Transfer it to a serving platter, serve hot with prepared korean sauce and salad.
