Banana Leaf Fish fry Tawa Fish Fry 3 तरह की मच्छी फ्राई Rawas Fish Fry Recipe - Ranveer Brar

Ingredients

For 1 st Marination

1 kg Indian salmon (raawas) cut into medium size darne, रावस

3 no. King fish, cut into darne, सुरमई

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

½ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर

1 tsp Lemon juice, नींबू का रस

 

For 2 nd Marination

Prepared Marination Paste, तैयार किया हुआ मैरिनेशन पेस्ट

 

For Marination Paste

10-12 no. dry Kashmiri red chillies, soaked, सुखी कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च

6-7 no. Garlic cloves, लहसुन

1 inch Ginger (peeled & sliced) अदरक

1 no. Green chili, हरी मिर्च

½ tbsp Tender Coriander stem, roughly chopped, धनिये के डंठल

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

1 tbsp Tomato ketchup, टमाटर केचप

 

For Salad

2 no. large Onions, sliced, प्याज

2 no. medium Tomatoes, roughly sliced, टमाटर

2-3 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves, roughly torn, धनिया पत्ता

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

3 no. Green chillies (less spicy & finely chopped) हरी मिर्च

2 tsp Lemon juice, नींबू का रस

 

For Rawa Fry

⅓ cup Semolina, सूजी

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

1 tsp Degi red chili powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर

Marinated fish, मैरीनेटेड मछली (सुरमई)

 

Other Ingredients

2 tsp fresh Coriander leaves, finely chopped, धनिया पत्ता

Oil for shallow frying, तलने के लिए तेल

Banana leaf, केले का पत्ता

 

For Garnish

Prepared salad, तैयार किया हुआ सलाद

Lemon wedge, नींबू की फांक

A pinch of degi red chili powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर

Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता

Process

For 1st Marination

  • In a tray, add fish pieces, add salt to taste, turmeric powder, lemon juice and marinate it well.
  • Keep it aside to rest for 4-5 minutes.

 

For Marination Paste

  • In a mixer grinder jar, add soaked dry kashmiri red chillies, garlic, ginger, green chili, tender coriander stems and grind it into a smooth paste.
  • Transfer it to a bowl, add salt to taste, tomato ketchup and give it a good mix.
  • Apply prepared paste onto marinated fish and keep it aside for 5-6 minutes.

 

For Salad

  • In a bowl, add onions, tomatoes, fresh coriander leaves, salt to taste, green chillies, lemon juice and mix it well.
  • Keep it aside for further use.

 

For Rawa Fry

  • In a tray, add semolina, salt to taste, degi red chili powder and mix it well.
  • Add fresh coriander leaves on the fish, place it in semolina mixture and coat it well from both sides.
  • In a tawa, add oil, once it’s hot, add coated fish and fry them for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown on medium flames.
  • Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with prepared salad, lemon wedge, sprinkle some degi red chili powder and coriander sprig.
  • Serve hot.

 

For Tawa Fry

  • In the same tawa, add oil, once it’s hot, add marinated fish and cook it for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown on medium flames.
  • Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with prepared salad, lemon wedge, sprinkle some degi red chili powder and coriander sprig.
  • Serve hot.

 

For Banana Leaf Fry

  • Take the banana leaf, place the marinated fish, wrap it from all sides and seal the edges.
  • Place onto the tawa and fry it for 4-5 minutes on each side on medium flames until cooked well.
  • Remove the banana leaf and transfer the fish onto a serving dish.
  • Garnish it with prepared salad, lemon wedge, sprinkle some degi red chili powder and coriander sprig.
  • Serve hot
