
Ingredients
1 tbsp Ghee, घी
1 ½ tbsp Ragi Flour, रागी का आटा
1 tbsp Almonds Powder, बादाम पाउडर
½ cup Water, पानी
1 ½ cup Milk, दूध
½ tsp Crushed Cardamom, इलायची
2 tbsp Jaggery, गुड़
Pista – Almonds, chopped, पिस्ता – बादाम
Process
- In a deep pan, melt ghee.
- Add ragi and roast on low flame.
- Add Almond powder and mix well.
- Add water and bring to a boil until mixture thickens.
- Add cardamom and milk. Simmer for few minutes.
- Add jaggery and dissolve.
- Remove from flame and add nuts if required.
- Drink warm.
