
Ingredients
For Paneer tikka marinade
¾ cup Yoghurt
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
¼ tsp Cumin powder
½ tsp Coriander powder
2 tbsp Besan
¼ tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Oil
½ tsp Kasuri methi
1 tbsp Lemon juice
½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 cup Paneer, cubes
2 tbsp Oil for roasting
For The Roti
1 cup Whole wheat flour
2 tbsp Oil
Water as required
2 tbsp Spinach puree
For Assemble
1 cup Mint chutney
1 Onion, slices
1 Carrot, julienne
1 cup Processed Cheese, grated
Process
- Mix all the ingredients for paneer tikka marinade. Add paneer cubes, mix and keep aside to rest for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated paneer. Cook for 10- 12 minutes until the marination is cooked well and dries up.
- For the roti, mix all the ingredients and make semi firm dough.
- Make small evenly sized balls out of the dough and roll it out into roti’s.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the roti’s well on both the sides until evenly cooked and puffed up.
- Take the prepared roti, lightly apply mint chutney to it.
- Place a nice spoonful of the paneer tikka on one end.
- Top it up with carrot,onion slices; sprinkle chaat masala.
- Then Sprinkle cheese on top and roll the chapatti firmly.
- Serve immediately.
