Japanese Fruit Crepe Recipe - Ranveer Brar

Ingredients

For Batter

2 Whole Eggs, अंडा

¼ cup Melted Butter, मक्खन

1 tsp Vanilla Essence, वनीला एसेंस

1 cup Milk, दूध

1 cup Refined Flour, मैदा

1 tbsp Caster Sugar, कॉस्टर शुगर

A pinch of salt,  नमक

 

For Garnish

Whipped Cream, विप्ड क्रीम

Strawberry, slice, स्ट्रॉबेरी

Kiwi, cut into dice, कीवी

Banana, slice, केला

few Blueberry, ब्लूबेरी

 

Process

For Batter

  • In a large bowl, add whole eggs, melted butter, vanilla essence, milk and mix it well.
  • Add refined flour, caster sugar, a pinch of salt and mix until everything is combined together.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladleful of batter, spread it evenly and cook on slow flame.
  • Cook until the top appears dry, turn and cook the other side.
  • Remove on a plate.

 

For Filling

  • Fold the crepe into half and assemble it with whipped cream, strawberry slice, kiwi, banana and a few blueberries.
  • Fold from both sides and serve.
