Banana Chocolate Muffins Recipe - Ranveer Brar

Ingredients

2 whole Bananas, केला

2 Eggs, अंडे

4 tbsp Milk, दूध

½ tsp Vanilla Essence, वनीला एसेंस

½ cup Melted Butter,  मक्खन

1 cup Refined Flour,  मैदा

½ cup Cocoa Powder, कोको पाउडर

¼ tsp Baking Powder, बेकिंग पाउडर

1 cup Caster Sugar, कॉस्टर शुगर

¼ cup Dark Chocolate, chopped, डार्क चॉकलेट

 

For Garnish

Icing Sugar, आइसिंग शुगर

Process

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees for 10 mins
  • Line a muffin tray with paper liners
  • In a large bowl, add bananas with the help of a fork or spoon and mash it properly.
  • Add eggs and whisk it well. Add milk, vanilla essence, melted butter and mix it well.
  • Add refined flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, caster sugar, and lightly fold the wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined well.
  • Add dark chocolate and combine the batter thick and chunky. Do not over mix the batter.
  • Pour it in a muffin mould and Bake for about 15 – 20 minutes at 180 .
  • Place on a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes before removing muffins from the tin.
  • Dust icing sugar on top of it.
