Ingredients
1 cup ragi
1 cup semolina
½ cup maida/flour
1 green chili –chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
10 -12 curry leaves
1 medium sized chopped onion
1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
Oil for greasing
½ cup curd whisked
Process
- In a Large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well. Let the batter rest for a while.
- Spoon the batter into greased idli steamer and cook for 8-10 mins.
- Remove and serve hot.
