
Grilled Chicken in Pita Pockets पीटा पॉकेट्स में ग्रील्ड चिकन

Ingredients
For Marination
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped, लहसुन
½ tbsp Coriander Seeds, roughly crushed, धनिया की बीज
½ tbsp Cardamom Seeds, इलायची के दाने
½ tsp Black pepper Powder, काली मिर्च का पाउडर
1 tsp Paprika Powder,पॅप्रिका पाउडर
1 tsp Cumin Seeds, roughly crushed, जीरा
½ Lime Juice, नींबू का रस
Salt To Taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tbsp Olive Oil, ज़ैतून का तेल
400 gms Boneless Chicken, cut into cubes, चिकन
Other Ingredients
1 tbsp Oil, तेल
Prepared Pita Pockets, पीटा ब्रेड
Tomato Ketchup, टॉमैटो केचप
Mayonnaise, मायोनिज
Romaine Lettuce, रोमेन लेटीस
Pickled, Beetroot, Carrot, पिकलेड चुकंदर और गाजर
Process
For Marination
- In a large bowl, add garlic cloves, coriander seeds, black pepper powder.
- Add paprika powder, crushed cumin seeds, lime juice, salt to taste, and olive oil.
- Add boneless chicken and marinate well.
For Grilled Chicken
- Heat oil on a grilled pan. Place the marinated chicken and cook from both the sides.
- Until the grilled marks appear and cook nicely.
- Remove from the pan and cut into medium size pieces.
For Assembling
- Take a pita pockets, open the pockets and spread tomato ketchup, mayonnaise.
- Place the romaine lettuce, pickled beetroot & carrots, prepared grilled chicken.
- Serve hot.
