
Chocolate Chip Pan Cookies चॉकलेट चिप पैन कुकीज़
Ingredients
For Cookie Dough
½ cup Butter, softened, मक्खन
½ cup Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar), ब्राउन शुगर
½ cup Castor Sugar, कॉस्टर शुगर
2 Whole Eggs, अंडे
1 tsp Vanilla Essence, वनिला एसेन्स
1-½ cups All Purpose Flour, मैदा
½ tsp Baking Powder, बेकिंग पाउडर
½ cup Chocolate Chips चॉकलेट चिप
For Garnish
Ice-Cream
Chocolate Syrup, चॉकलेट सिरप
Process
- In a large bowl, add butter, brown sugar, and castor sugar cream until smooth.
- Beat the eggs one at a time into the sugar mixture, then stir in the vanilla essence and whisk it well.
- Add refined flour, baking powder and mix it well.
- Add chocolate chips and mix until it forms a soft cookie dough.
- Spread the cookie dough on a heavy bottom pan.
- Cook on a slow flame for 30-35 minutes.
- Switch off the flame. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before serving topped with ice cream and chocolate syrup.
