
Ingredients
2 cups Chickpeas, soaked & boiled, छोले
1 large Beetroot, boiled, cut into quarters, चुकंदर
½ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder, भुना जीरा पाउडर
½ tbsp Tahini, ताहिनी
5-7 Garlic cloves, लहसुन
½ Lemon juice, नींबू का रस
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
¼ cup Olive Oil, जैतून का तेल
For Garnish
Chickpeas, boiled, छोले
Olive Oil, जैतून का तेल
Zatar Powder, जतार पाउडर (optional)
Process
- In a grinder jar, add chickpeas, beetroot, cumin powder, tahini, and garlic clove.
- Add lemon juice, salt to taste, olive oil and grind it into a smooth paste.
- Garnish it with boiled chickpeas, olive oil and zatar and serve with lavash.
