Ingredients
4-5 raw banana
Salt to taste
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ cup rava or semolina for coating
¼ cup oil for shallow frying
Marination
Salt to taste
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp Aamchur powder
5-6 curry leaves chopped
½ lemon juice
Process
- Trim the ends of the raw bananas and boil them in salted water along with a pinch of turmeric. When done cool and peel the skin and slice diagonally
- Mix all the ingredients for marination in a large bowl. Mix the bananas in the marination.
- Coat in rava and shallow fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
