Chicken 65 is what you may have heard about, but today we are going to make it vegetarian. Veg- 65 is an awesome dish, perfect for the snacks time and most of all a much healthier appetizer. Try it out today!

Ingredients
Raw banana boiled cubes 1 cup
Yam cubes 1 cup
Pineapple cubed 1 cup
Salt to taste
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cornstarch 2 tbsp
Oil to deep fry
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Garlic chopped 2 tsp
Green chilies 2 tsp
Chili paste 1 tbsp
Curd 1 tbsp
Coriander few sprigs
Process
- In a bowl add raw banana, yam, pineapple, salt, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste and cornstarch and mix it well with your hands.
- Deep-fry the vegetables in hot oil until crispy and golden in color.
- Once done take it on a plate wit paper roll on it to soak out the excess oil.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and let it crackle.
- Add garlic, green chilies, chili paste, curd, red chilli powder and sauté till the spices are cooked.
- Add the fried vegetables and toss until the vegetables are completely coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with coriander.
