
Ingredients
- 1 kg mutton
- 2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Tomato, chopped 5
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- Crushed peppercorn 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Fresh green chili 2
- Fresh coriander leaves
Process
- Heat ghee in kadhai and add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste followed by mutton & tomato.
- Saute until it starts leaving oil from the edges; add water. When meat is almost cooked add green chilies and coriander powder.
- Finish with fresh dhania.
