Banana & Peanut Butter Shake केला और मूंगफली का मक्खन शेक

Ingredients
2 Bananas, sliced, केला
4-5 Dates, खजूर
1 tbsp Peanut Butter, पीनट बटर
1 tsp Chia seeds, चिया सीड्स
2 cups Milk, दूध
For Garnish
Cinnamon powder, दालचीनी पाउडर
Process
- In a blender jar, add bananas, dates, peanut butter, chia seeds.
- Add milk and blend until smooth in consistency.
- Transfer it into a serving glass. Garnish it with cinnamon powder and serve.
