2 Bananas, sliced, केला

4-5 Dates, खजूर

1 tbsp Peanut Butter, पीनट बटर

1 tsp Chia seeds, चिया सीड्स

2 cups Milk, दूध


For Garnish

Cinnamon powder, दालचीनी पाउडर



  • In a blender jar, add bananas, dates, peanut butter, chia seeds.
  • Add milk and blend until smooth in consistency.
  • Transfer it into a serving glass. Garnish it with cinnamon powder and serve.
