Ingredients

For Chicken Marination

500 gms Chicken thighs, चिकन

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

1 heaped tsp Ginger Garlic paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट

1 tsp Oil, तेल

1 tbsp Degi Red Chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर

1 tbsp Prepared American sauce, तैयार किया हुआ अमेरिकन सॉस

½ tsp Black Peppercorns (crushed), कुटी हुई काली मिर्च

2-3 no. Garlic cloves (grated), लहसुन

For American Style Sauce

2-3 heaped tbsp Mayonnaise, मेयोनेज़

2 tbsp Hot sauce, हॉट सॉस

1 heaped tbsp Sweet Chilli sauce, स्वीट चिली सॉस

1 tbsp Tomato ketchup, टमाटर केचप

 

For Schezwan Style Sauce

2 tbsp White Sesame seeds, सफेद तिल

1-2 tsp Chilli Oil, मिर्च का तेल

⅓ cup Roasted Peanuts, भुनी हुई मूंगफली

1-2 tsp Dark soy sauce, डार्क सोया सॉस

Little water, पानी

1 no. Green Chilli (roughly chopped), हरी मिर्च

1-2 tbsp Spring Onion bulbs (roughly chopped), हरी प्याज

2 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves (finely chopped), धनिया पत्ता

2 tbsp Spring Onion (chopped), हरी प्याज

1-2 no. Green Chillies (chopped), हरी मिर्च

½ inch Ginger (peeled & finely chopped), अदरक

1-2 tsp Malt Vinegar, मॉल्ट सिरका

1-2 tsp Dark soy sauce, डार्क सोया सॉस

1-2 tbsp Chilli oil, मिर्च का तेल

2 tbsp Remaining excess oil, बचा हुआ तेल

1 heaped tbsp Prepared Paste, तैयार किया हुआ पेस्ट

1-2 tbsp Water, पानी

1 tsp White Sesame seeds, सफेद तिल

 

For Cooking Chicken

Oil for shallow frying, तलने के लिए तेल

Marinated Chicken, मैरिनेटेड चिकन

 

For Garnish

Cucumber (sliced), खीरा

White Sesame seeds, सफेद तिल

Chilli oil, मिर्च का तेल

Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता

Process

For Chicken Marination

  • In a bowl, add chicken, salt to taste, ginger garlic paste, oil, degi red chilli powder, prepared american sauce, crushed black peppercorns, garlic and marinate well.
  • Keep it aside for further use.

 

For American Style Sauce

  • In a bowl, add mayonnaise, hot sauce, sweet chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and give it a good mix.
  • Keep it aside for further use.

 

For Schezwan Style Sauce

  • In a bowl, add white sesame seeds, chilli oil, roasted peanuts, dark soy sauce and a little water.
  • Add green chilli, spring onion bulbs, spring onion, green chilli, ginger, malt vinegar, dark soy sauce, chilli oil, remaining excess oil and give it a good mix.
  • Transfer it into the mixer grinder jar and grind it into a smooth fine paste.
  • In a bowl, add prepared paste, water, white sesame seeds and give it a good mix.
  • Keep it aside for further use.

 

For Cooking Chicken

  • In a pan, add oil, once it’s hot, add marinated chicken pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Flip the chicken and cook once again for a while or until it’s cooked.
  • Transfer it into the serving dish, garnish it with sliced cucumber, white sesame seeds, chilli oil and coriander sprig.
  • Serve hot with prepared american & schezwan sauce.
