
Ingredients
2 tbsp Sesame Oil, तिल का तेल
½ inch Galangal, minced, गलगल
6 Garlic cloves, minced, लहसुन
1 inch Ginger, minced, अदरक
4 Fresh Red Chillies, slit in half, लाल मिर्च
8-10 Cashews (optional), काजू
1 Onion, chopped, प्याज
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped, रेड बैल पेपर
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder, काली मिर्च पाउडर
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce, चिली सॉस
½ tbsp Soy Sauce, सोया सॉस
½ tbsp Vinegar, सिरका
2 tbsp Thai Curry Paste, थाई करी पेस्ट
½ cup Water, पानी
1½ cup Pre-cooked Rice, पके हुआ चावल
Few Basil Leaves, तुलसी पत्ता
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves, धनिया पत्ता
Process
- In a pot or wok heat sesame oil and add galangal, garlic, ginger, fresh red chillies, cashews then saute for a half a minute.
- Now, add onion, red bell pepper and saute until translucent then add salt, black pepper powder.
- Add chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, thai curry paste and continue sauteing until fragrant.
- Add water and stir everything together then add pre-cooked rice and mix it properly.
- Cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium heat then finish it with basil leaves, coriander leaves and serve hot.
