Crispy Paneer Finger Recipe - Ranveer Brar


For Batter

4 tbsp Refined Flour, मैदा

2 tbsp Corn Flour, कॉर्न फ्लौर

½ tsp Italian Seasoning, इटालियन सीज़निंग

1 tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर

½ tsp Black Pepper Powder, काली मिर्च पाउडर

1 tsp Garlic Powder, गारलिक पाउडर

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

Water as required, पानी


Other Ingredients

250 gms Paneer, पनीर

1 cup Bread Crumbs, ब्रेड क्रंब्स

Oil for frying, तेल


  • Prepare bread crumbs and keep aside


For Batter

  • In a bowl, add refined flour, corn flour, italian seasoning, degi red chilli powder, black pepper powder, garlic powder, salt to taste.
  • Add some water to make a batter just enough to coat the paneer pieces well.
  • Dip paneer fingers in batter and then roll in breadcrumbs.Repeat this until paneer fingers are double breaded.
  • Repeat this step for the rest of the paneer pieces.


For Frying

  • When oil is hot enough ,deep fry paneer fingers until golden brown on both sides.Remove & drain on a paper towel.
  • Serve crispy & crunchy paneer fingers with tomato ketchup.
