
Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp Bengal gram
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup french beans, small cubes
- 1 cup, carrots, small cubes
- ½ cup green peas
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin seeds powder
- 1 tsp coriander seeds powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- salt to taste
- 1 cup quinoa
Process
- Heat oil in pan and crackle some mustard seeds, cashew nuts, Bengal gram. Add garlic, green chilies, onion and sauté until turns light pink.
- Now add vegetables, salt and spices. Sauté for 2-3 minutes; then add quinoa and add hot water.
- Cover and allow it to cook until all the water is absorbs.
- Squeeze lime juice and sprinkle coriander leaves.
