12-15 Prawn, झींगा

½ cup Hung Curd, टंगा हुआ दही

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट

1 tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर

2 tbsp Degi Red Chilli Powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर

¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder, दालचीनी पाउडर

½ tsp Coriander Powder, धनिया पाउडर

½ tbsp Roasted Gram Flour, बेसन

½ tsp Lime juice, नींबू का रस

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

1 tbsp Mustard Oil, सरसों का तेल

1 tbsp Oil, तेल


  • In a mixing bowl, add hung curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder.
  • Add degi red chilli powder, cinnamon powder, coriander powder.
  • Now, add roasted gram flour, lime juice, salt to taste and mix it well.
  • Add mustard oil, prawns and marinate well.
  • Heat oil in a grill pan and cook the prawns from both sides until cooked.
  • Remove and serve with green chutney, lemon wedges and fresh coriander leaves.
